To Configure Git, Step 1: Go to my-jobs, > configure, > source code management, then select Git.

Step 2: Add Https URL from GitHub or GitLab account, set up credentials(Username and Password), select main as the branch, then save

Step 3: Go to my-jobs, > click build now, > go to builds (lower left corner), > console output

Note: to see where all our builds are stored, we run

1. sudo docker ps
2. sudo docker exec -it <container image id> bash
3. ls /var/jenkins_home/jobs

Note: The new location where jobs are stored in the latest version of Jenkins is in ls /var/jenkins_home/workspace
